Notes:
Another fresh wort brew from Brewer's Choice. Made up to 20 l and fermented in slightly warmer weather than other brews recently. Finished brewing with surprisingly high gravity given that it only started at 1035, had definitely brewed out though.
Perhaps try adding 500 g of dextrose to the next fresh wort brew to beef it up a bit?
A very nice brew, quite malty and not overly hopped. Very easy to drink. Would make again.
